Great Company!
I’ve fed Life’s Abundance canine foods to our two Havanese, for nearly their entire 5 years of life. Last week, as my auto-order had been shipped, I discovered my sweet girl had an issue in her bloodwork. Then, vet made the recommendation to change diet and the Life’s Abundance canine food arrived. I called Life’s Abundance because I, sadly, needed to cancel auto shipments. The super friendly woman I spoke with (unfortunately, I cannot recall her name) was kind and helpful. How she handled this was stellar. How grateful I am to know that there is wonderful business I would recommend again and again because of the excellent products I have purchased and amazing customer service I received. Thank you Life’s Abundance!

First, Aubree and Goolyamo are names, they never capitalize the first letter of each name, and they are the consumers !! There was a price increase, without and explanation. I have yet to receive an estimate of delivery.

Thank you for your feedback and for your business. Absolutely no disrespect is intended in regards to the capitalization of customer names. The names on your account are in all caps, so we will look into this to identify any inconsistencies. As for tracking information, you'll like to know that we've made improvements recently, so now instead of getting a tracking email when your shipment is picked up from our warehouse, you receive it within seconds of the label being printed. We hope you'll enjoy this new feature. Also, if we had our way, we'd be able to maintain our unwavering commitment to premium quality without changing prices. But, prices have gone up and must be passed along to consumers. This is the most honest and transparent way to address this reality. We haven’t compromised our products' quality, ingredients, or sizing. Instead, we've maintained the same premium ingredients while keeping prices reasonable, delivering true value for your dollar.
