Speedy delivery with last-minute change of schedule
Less than a week ago I changed my subscription from 3 months out to a Ship Now, thinking I won’t see my purchase for about a week. But it arrived so fast that my pup was just as delighted as I was to get his food delivery so quickly.

Dog treats…
The antioxidant bars for dogs have been unavailable for months. Will you have them back in stock or not. The dental treats have gotten much smaller and they are the same price. Are they the same recipe.

Thank you for your interest in our Antioxidant bars! We are currently working diligently with our new vendor on these treats and are aiming to get them out to you as soon as possible. While the decision to modify the size of the dental treat was based on positive feedback, the recipe and benefits for your dogs have not changed. Additionally, smaller treats mean more treats in each bag! While some treats rely on mechanical chewing (like bully sticks) for dental benefits, these treats provide nutrition-based support. As long as your dog is eating the treats, they're getting the benefits.

The auto ship notices should go out…
Great quality food. My dog has been in it her entire life. Anytime I switched she was not as healthy. To improve: The auto ship notices should go out sooner so there is time to change. You should also put offers together for loyal customers
