I think they have good customer service and the waiting time is pretty quick . Not a long hold time .

Timely Delivery
I needed this early and got it in 28hrs with no extra charge. I keep a two-day travel/emergency supply so when we had a bloop with her food... We ordered and it didn't even run out before the new food was sitting on our front porch.

Great products and customer service!
I love the reminders sent so I have time to check to see what products I need to order. I can change my order online and trust when I changed it I only get what I need. It arrives when promised and is correct! My dog sits and waits for his box and is excited when I bring it in. He loves the treats and food!

False Information on Ingredients
They claim to have a completely natural de-odorizing spray that has no artificial fragrance, yet when I've used it, I have gotten a headache every time the same way I do with artificial fragrances. The smell is atrociously strong like a cleaner or air freshener and it fills the whole house in seconds and won't go away for hours to days. I called and they assured me no fragrance was added. I say BS. I don't trust this company and suspect they are fraudulent to their customers.

I can actually speak with a live person!
When I have an issue and call, someone answers the phone! They fix my problem. They are courteous, friendly and patient. Thanks for such uncommon customer service!
