Easy & arrives on time.

I am always happy with my order. I just wish you could make the bags feel lighter! I get 4 20 pound bags so I can lift them, but these are even feeling too heavy. The fed ex man carried all 80 pounds up and just dropped them on my porch like it was only 10 pounds.

Before switching to Life's Abundance, I had a dog pass away from a dog food recall and another dog get terribly sick from the same recall. I didn't know anything about the recall until it was too late for one dog and almost too late for another. That's when my research began. I set out to find a brand with zero recalls, and let me tell you, it wasn't easy! After learning about the reason for these major pet food brands having numerous recalls, and the deadly ingredients found in the pet food, hence the recalls. I finally found Life's Abundance!! Zero recalls, I love that! Most importantly, since changing my dogs food to Life's Abundance 3 or 4 years ago, I've not had one of my fur babies get sick, or have bloody stools. (That's what the previous food caused) My dogs are happy and healthy, thanks to Life's Abundance!!!

The delivery of Samson's food was on time and received without any issues.

We have been with Life's Abundance (LA) since 2018. We get our dog food and treats for our Bichon from them! Everything was going great up until our last few orders of the treats. The batch we rec'd was what seemed like stale. They were safe - that was not the issue. When I brought this concern to LA they did identify the problem and rectified it. They were amazing with their very thorough explanation of what the problem was. Here's where I'm not real happy with the LA. I was promised 4 4oz. complimentary bags of treats, as what I receive every few weeks are 16 oz. bags. A little costly, but that's ok! Well it has been several weeks are I still have yet to receive them!
