We were delayed two days. FedEX said they updated the address, which was silly, as the update was exactly what our address is.

Fantastic customer service!! Our 11 year old golden came from the brweser with Life’s Abundance and we haven’t left. Auto shipping works great. You get a notice it will be shipping soon and you can delay if you happen to be out of town . We haven’t left a second home. It super easy to change addresses. The few times I have had to call about something, a real person picks up and solves the question. Love the service and we haven’t left a happy dog
