Shipment arrived however they left…
Shipment arrived however they left package at front driveway and garage instead of at the door. Ring camera cannot see around front of Garage. And the package tape fell out and opened. Why is that. I am not happy how the shipment handles it.

If you’d like, FedEx offers a free Delivery Manager service that lets you to share specific instructions for your deliveries—such as having packages placed right at your front door or in another secure spot you prefer. It’s completely optional, but it can be a great way to help ensure your orders are left exactly where you want them. We’re also very sorry the tape on your package was loose upon arrival. Dogs love the dog food and I love the dog shampoo…
My dogs love the dog food so much that they drool every time I feed them. I also use the dog shampoo and spray. They smell so good after a bath and blow out.
