I’m extremely disappointed with Life’s Abundance. Back in October 2025, I was charged over $700 for dog food that I did not order. To make things worse, my dog refuses to eat the food they sent. Since then, I’ve emailed multiple times and called numerous times, but I’ve never received a single response or a return call. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after spending this much money. I expected a reputable company to provide better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, at this point I can’t recommend Life’s Abundance to anyone.

My dogs love the food and we appreciate a non chicken/beef option. I would prefer choice of shipper. FedEx previously damaged our property which resulted in a lengthy claim process.

I have been buying, “Tasty Rewards” for our dog for 6+years. They used to be the best treats! The last few orders I received were nothing but crumbs. They are not able to be fed like a treat - I pour a little bit in a bowl. I contacted customer support and their response was, “excessively crumbly is not something we consider a variation”. It’s interesting that the picture of the treats on their website is what would be desirable, but not what you will receive.

I tried to edit my auto ship to get a larger bag and have it shipped immediately. I ended up getting both the smaller and larger bag. I did get it quickly and I can use it so it is not that big of an issue.
