Timeliness
Timeliness, delivery and product is good. Questionable why you would send a customer that purchases dog food a sample of cat food/treats. I only buy dog stuff either ask me if I have other animals or only send me dog appropriate items.

I ordered the fish oil supplement for…
I ordered the fish oil supplement for my dog. It didn't come with a dropper despite the website very clearly including a dropper in the images of the product. I'm hoping this gets rectified.

When I place an order
When I place an order, it ships quickly! I, Frankie, and Nikko really like the new supplements! I give them two each morning after their breakfast. We call them breakfast treats. However, you sent me a sample of treats for cats in our last shipment. We don't have cats.
