I am a firm believer in lifeproof cases..I have had several of them over the course of years...my phones have always came out of the cases looking almost brand new. I purchased a new iPhone se and a new FRE case for it in September of 2016. I recently took a family vacation to Hawaii, while there my phone went swimming in the Pacific Ocean with me...some 20 minutes later I remembered it... it was perfectly dry inside of the case... the phone was unharmed....and then a few days later while rushing to the balcony of our condo to get a picture of an amazing sunset... my wife accidentally bumped my arm, and sent my phone flying over the edge of the balcony. I watched as it fell 7 stories, it landed perfectly flat on the concrete below...I went on a run to retrieve it...I got down to get it...the man staying in the ground floor condo had already picked it up and taken a picture of my family members looking down over our balcony.... much to my surprise.... the phone appeared to be unharmed, it was still on, it was not broken into pieces, and seemed to function properly. I used the phone for the remainder of our time in Hawaii. Simply amazing!! Great case! Marvin... from Kansas

Amazing customer service. There must have been an issue with the website so my order didn't go through and I'm leaving for vacation late Saturday. My customer service rep made sure I got my case before I left! It is awesome to see such great customer service!

I called about a warranty claim and I had the best over-the-phone customer service experience of my life. Usually customer service calls feel robotic, but Sarah was super bubbly and asked about my day and what I was doing for the summer. She even told me where I could see the solar eclipse in August. From the outside it probably sounded more like I was talking to a friend than customer service. She cleared up my issue easily and made the phone call a super positive experience. I won't hesitate to call again!

Amazing customer service! They replaced my phone no problem, the guy I was on the line with was so lovely. Ignacio was polite and professional, and friendly throughout the whole call! He really went above and beyond for me, sitting through a mix up with different credit card issues etc! Literally the best call I've ever been on with a company. Keep it up lifeproof, you just got yourself a lifelong customer.

I bought my S7 case November 25th, 2016 NEVER had ANY issues!! Until here recently the power button stopped working. Lifeproof has always been my number 1 go to for cases since I am hard on my phones. I have purposely thrown and smashed on the pavement and dunk a S5, 6, and 7 Lifeproof case in water IT HAS YET TO FAIL ME & this is the first time I've ever had to replace! They are pricey BUT SO WORTH IT!!!!!! AND Since my S7 cases power button stopped working they are sending me a new one for free only 4.99 s&h with out ANY hassle.

These are the best customer service people I have ever encountered!! They will replace your phone case for free if it gets broken, and they are so nice! They don't make you jump through hoops and they will do everything in their power to help you! Amazing people work there, I will be telling everyone that they should buy life proof from now on!

The most pleasant and best customer service I have EVER had. Noticed a tear in my camera flash hole of case. Called and didn't have to go through any nonsense to get a new one sent out to me, only thing I had to do was pay for shipping $4.99. I'm so electronically dumb I didn't even know what kind of iPhone I have but she walked me through that even! Amazing!!!!

Great company! Very helpful if you need assistance with your product. They have a great warranty program
