Best cases ever! I’ve had a few other cases they didn’t compare to LifeProof. Great company and great product!

Best cell phone case I've ever had and the company is even better they stand up behind their product and their customer service never gives you a hard time when trying to warrantee their product. I've had to warrantee two different phone cases both times the representative was extremely polite and easy to deal with and always apologized about the inconvenience I'll never buy any other case than life proof.

I've had a Lifeproof case for years. I have dropped my phone a couple of times and I have never had any problems with it. Also as a swim instructor the kids I teach love taking pictures under the water. However, the real test was this weekend when my aunt accidentally left my phone on the roof of her car and it fell off on the freeway going between 40-50 mph and run over by other cars. My case was destroyed however, my phone did not have a single scratch on it. I will definitely be ordering a new one to replace it!

I have had Lifeproof cases for every IPhone I've owned since they were around (also have bought them for my IPads). Never had issues with drop damage, and have spent many hours in the water with them and have not had issues with leakage. Yes, some of the rubber may wear out on the sides or I've even had a charger port door break.. but guess what? Just fill out the handy form on their website and if you've had it less than a year they will ship you a new one with little to no questions asked. Had my first failure with the one on my IPhone 7 yesterday, sent a warranty request, and received shipping confirmation and tracking of my new case, all in less than 24 hours.

I have protected my iphones for 4 full years with Lifeproof. Negative comments first: Most people are mad that the case does start to fall apart after almost a year of use. This is true depending on how hard you are on the phone or not. For example after a full year my wife has a scratched up leaking case, and I have the same case with very little problems. I think it is because she jams it into her purse and pulls it out past other objects. BUT Positive: The customer service and warranty replacement is amazing and easy. So take the good with the bad. The case also does keep your phone looking like brand new when it is taken out of the case. It is a very good case. I have never broken an Iphone screen with a Lifeproof on it. My cases have been durable over the past 4 years of use. I have never fully dropped it into water, but I don't pull the phone out next to a lake or pool. Because I don't trust ANY case for total submersion. Lifeproof is a good company.

Ive had to contact customer service twice to get a replacement case due to wear and tear, and both times the customer service has been phenomenal. Couldn't have a better experience!

I just got off the phone with customer service because I needed to order a new case, my original case had a problem. The woman at customer service was super nice and friendly. She was very conversational. Amazing experience

Launched iPad while driving to Glen Lake from Traverse City, MI I was alerted I forgot to get my iPad from the top of my daughter's minivan as it flew off while driving 65 mph down the highway! Thank gooodness my son and son-in-law were following us, saw it fly off and retrieved it! We were all amazed how Lifeproof protected the iPad so well! Works as if it never happened!! I've always been a fan, now you've got 4 other fans after seeing my flying iPad!! BF in TC
