I got a lifeproof case when i got my samsung galaxy 7 and ive had to have a few replacements, twice due to the charging port cover breaking and once due to the screen separating. All have been during the warranty time and i have had such an easy time getting a replacement. This last go around USPS delivered my case to the wrong address so i never recieved it but lifeproof resent my case with no charge for shipping and sent it Express mail. such amazing customer service. and even though ive had to have replacements on my case, they've saved my phone COUNTLESS times. Every phone I own from now on will have a lifeproof case as long as the quality of the product & their customer service remains excellent as it has been since I purchased the original case.

Been using lifeproof for years and my phones have always remained in perfect condition. I find after a year the cas does get pretty beaten up and With my iPhone5s I had to replace it because the stickers over the apple logo window and home button peeled, but with my iPhone 7 I’ve had my lifeproof case for 2 years and the only issue is some swelling of the rear cover (perhaps due to heating battery?) and some rubber flaking off the edges. All in all a great product that takes the damage so my phone stays a 10/10!

I will forever be so grateful for my life proof case!! I was at Kong’s Dominion and my phone unfortunately flew right out of my pocket while on their new roller coaster Twister Timbers. I was so worried my phone was destroyed, but when I got it back a few days later the only thing wrong was the case has a small crack!! THATS IT!! Just a small crack after flying off a roller coaster at 60mph!

I literally have never dealt with a company as good as this one. The cases will break eventually but then again what doesn’t break over time. They will protect your phone really well this coming from having the NUD case on my iPhone 7 and dropping it / throwing it on a literal daily basis. You get what you pay for and they have the best warrenty claims service. The customer service actually cares about you and your orders/products and they have the kindest people on the phone with you. This is coming from someone who’s tried otter box and the other big companies but has been with lifeproof for 6 years now.

I had my LifeProof case for eight moths now. I was outside listening to the radio on my phone in the barn and one of my horse knocked it down on the ground. (I have a cement floor in my barn) It scared that horse (which weighs over thousand pounds) and it pulled back and stepped on my phone. I thought my phone was going to be done. When I got into my hands and opened it up. My phone was fine! (No cracks, no damage done to the phone at all) My case had taken the beating. It has four cracks and two breakages. I love my LifeProof case a lot. It has saved my phone many times, but this time it saved it the most. I would like to thank the people who came up with the idea of making a case like this.

My life proof case broke near my iPhone 8 super fragile screen. I called customer service to make a warranty claim and the lady on the line was super nice to me. In less than 15 minutes, everything was done and they told me they’d ship me another case for 6$(I’m in Canada so I must pay shipping fees) Excellent service

My Samsung Galaxy S7 case underwent serious wear and tear over the many months I had it. My phone was protected from drops, but the case looked like a rodent chewed off most of the rubber and it eventually failed to be waterproof. I called and they immediately agreed to send me a new case. So this review is for the polite and fast customer service, not so much for the case, which did not last as long as I would have liked. Although, I have a toddler, and this phone gets thrown alot when I refuse to let her play with it...
