This siht weak asf, only had the $140 case for four months and nobody can hear a dam thing I say, so I gotta take it out of the case when someone wants to call me and then I gotta take it out again when I need to call someone it’s daylight Robery for something that doesn’t last all the homies be saying speak yo dam voice up you a mute or something, I just wanna replacement so everyone can here my annoying voice loud and clear

Excellent customer service - they are truly phenomenal. You want to call them just to chat - that says a lot. They are innovators in the business world with their emphasis on top quality customer service. People these days want to deal with reputable companies that treat their customers with respect, LifeProof does that. Oh, and their products are great - very robust. Highly recommended.

Best warranty replacement I’ve ever seen. Asked a few simple questions and shipped a new one out. I only had to pay $5.99 for shipping. I didn’t even have receipt. Very impressed.

This is the best case ever constructed. My phone was accidentally left on top of the car by yours truly. 15 minutes later I realized my phone was gone and immediately I knew my car was in the rode somewhere. Find my iPhone led me to the phone. The phone was still working perfectly after being RAN OVER atleast twice due to two sets of tire tracks being visible. I will never use another type of case except LIFE PROOF.

I dropped my iPhone X out the window of the car while using the life proof case going 35 mph and there was not a scratch on it! I totally recommend the life proof case!

I have been through numerous i Phone cases with them now and its always a pleasure speaking with their customer service. I spoke with Randy today and he was honestly amazing. I am VERY rough with my phone cases and they typically last me 6 months to a year with constant dropping and constantly being around water. Life Proof has saved me SO MUCH money and I LOVE their business.

I’ve used LifeProof cases for years and never had a problem until now. Somehow the back of the case became warped and wouldn’t allow the corners to snap into place. It also squeaks like a dog toy when you squeeze it. I called customer support today and they’re sending me a new case at no cost. They were super nice and super helpful. I’ll always use LifeProof cases for my phones.

I've had several LifeProof Fre cases over the years, and have been very pleased overall with their performance, as well as the company's customer service. Do some parts of the cases eventually wear out? Sure they do, but that's normal wear and tear; they're not titanium after all. And, if some part of the case wears out during the warranty period, i.e., one year, the company's customer service has been hassle-free, and I have received the replacement case quickly. Additionally, the nominal shipping and handling fee is very reasonable, and the company specifies in the terms of the warranty that they will charge such a fee, so no surprises. The cases have helped me to keep my phones in great shape for years.
