I'm on my 4th lifeproof purchase, 1 and 2 were excellent including saving my phone from a 5m sea dunking so I'm not the guy who didn't know how to fit it correctly. I replaced my cover purely because the white was looking shabby but insisted my wife get one for her after dropping her previous one in water. The charging door fell off mine and my wife's cover ruined her 6s....letting water in. I see lifeproof want you to take a further warranty to replace your phone in the event of water damage. That tells you something doesn't it. Also I've sent two emails to customer support without reply.

Life proof says they can withhold drops of 6.6 feet. I dropped my iPhone 5 at waist level (3-4 feet) and shattered the screen. I called life proof only to have them tell me they only warranty their case; NOT THE PRODUCT INSIDE OF THEM. Not worth buying an overpriced case that doesn't guarantee the safety of your phone. Excellent job in false advertising your product. Also, this is my second case due to the plastic screen detaching from the front. My current case also is experiencing the same issue.

When I write my address and move to credit card information they keep change my address. Never happen in any other webshop. Bad for me and lifeproofs stockholders.

Less than six months after purchasing my iPhone 5S nuud case, it cracked just above the fingerprint reader/home button. Their customer service agent, who was very polite and professional, could only offer a fre case (which we all know is their flagship POS case that no one wants). Apparently they no longer produce the 5S/SE nuud case, nor have any stock available. They could only off the crap fre case or 10% off the future production iPhone 7 case. No refund, no replacement of the product purchased. Highly disappointing and unsatisfactory. I've had a half dozen of these cases and they all fail within a year. Rubber errors on the buttons and breeches the integrity, case cracks, charging port door lock breaks. Lifeproof, you have failed and you'll continue to fail because your apathy is systemic and you're solely profit driven.

First time I ever spent so much on phone case. Maybe I expected to much but the quality of the case was horrible the rubber started peeling off on the outside.Screen protector was easly scratched and headphone jack cover came off and was pretty much not water proof anymore. Have used many different phone cases for a handful of different phones and was very very disappointed in the lifeproof brand I will never buy it again.

The lifeproof company used to be one of my favorites. They had amazing customer service and would replace a case of it was register out of the 1 year limited warranty. Now the only way to register your case to get a replacement outside of the year is by buying it through a corporate Verizon store. Since this was not my first lifeproof case I've purchased, I was expecting to be able to register my case and keep my phone protected for a long time. Now this is not the case and I will not be purchasing a lifeproof case EVER again. Extremely disappointed in what this company has become. They are no longer about their customers, only about their profit.

I paid $89.99 + tax for this case. 2 months later I needed to replace the FIRST one because the fingerprint sensor cover and the clear square in the back started coming away from the case. Best Buy replaced it as a courtesy to me. 4 months later the new one started coming apart with the same issues. I called Lifeproof and was told the warranty for this case is 30 DAYS!!! WHO wants to spend +100.00 on a case to protect a $1000.00 phone only to be told the case can only be returned in 30 days!!!! For a $10.00, $20.00 or even $30.00 case it is easier to swallow. NOT with a case costing this much!!!

My daughter has a life proof case. When she was walking the phone drop and the glass broke. On their web site they say it will protect from less than 6.6 feet. She is only 5.4 feet. When she called up, the rep told her that they only guaranty if their case breaks not the phone. Whats the point of having the case to protect the phone. On their website they show guys skateboarding in the rain and one drops their phone and it is all good. False advertising.
