I have had problems with lifeproof from day one!! My phone was a total loss and they were very rude not understanding at all! Information was mixed up I talked to like 10+ different people they all say different things! Then wanna charge a stupid fee after I just bought the case! my memory card and my sim card are a loss all my info.... gone but they want that money! I would definitely not recommend this company at all!! I should have just spent the extra money and got a new waterproof phone! I would rate them less than a star if it was possible

If you are giving good reviews on a "pleasant conversation" you had with a customer service rep from LifeProof, sod off. LifeProof cases are complete garbage. My girlfriend and I spent over $160 USD on our cases and 3 months later both of our power jack doors have inherently destroyed the little ledge its supposed to snap on to. Let me repeat myself. The LifeProof door destroyed itself. LifeProof cases apparently are not LifeproofLifeProof. My phone case now has a flappy door and is no longer ANYTHING PROOF! I have not yet called customer service, but I will post another review of whether or not they want to rip me off another 5 bucks for shipping. Screw that! They are going to replace both of my cases for free or bust! A $80 phone case should last more than 3 months AGAINST ITSELF!!!

Customer Service may be okay but case is awful !!!!! two months in to have phone dropped may be two feet at most, face side down and shattered screen.........kept shattered screen, dropped second time last week maybe 18inches from couch to floor and phone is history......Cannot enter passcode on touchscreen....never protected phone....hard to hear anyone on other end......HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Life proof is horrible. When I first bought the Case everything was fine then about a week into it no one could hear what I was saying with it on. I would constantly have to take it on and off to make phone calls. Then while I was sitting down my phone shatters while in my back pocket right on the camera!!! Life proof sucks! Just get the regular otter box and don't waste your money like I did.

Samsung 7 the LifeProof case for it brakes at the power hinge where you plug your plug into it I have seen this happen several times with my friends and now with mine after 3 weeks of use this case sucks do not buy it it's a rip-off

WORST CASE EVER! I had bought a Lifeproof along with my new Samsung S7. Upon removing the case 4 months in, because I noticed something under the screen protector I found the back of my phone shattered. So I called Lifeproof only to find out that the warranty ONLY the case, NOT the phone it's protecting. You advertise as the best case on the market and charge for such. Only to find out that your cases are GARBAGE! I have used Otterbox Defenders, dropped my phone from 40 ft, with NO damage to the phone or case. I decided to give the Lifeproof a try because it's SUPPOSE to be better. WHAT A JOKE! What good is a warranty on the case if it cant even protect the phone it's being used on? You can bet that EVERY chance I get to leave a review or comment on how inferior Lifeproof cases are, That I will speak out on how that are over rated, way to over priced, and don't even come close to the durability and device protection to what is advertised.

I got a life proof case on black Friday and two weeks later the little charger door broke while I was opening it to charge my phone. I call the company and file a clame they said 14 days it will arrive in wait and it isn't here yet so I called back and they said they were sorry it didn't get sent and wanted me to pay another 4.99 fee for shipping. That isn't going to happen. Now they say 10 to 14 days wait. I paid to much money for this phone and the case wasn't cheep either I say don't waste your money if it breaks you may never get a replacement

I had a lifeproof case on my phone and dropped it 2 ft onto a stair and my screen shattered. I called lifeproof and they said that they only will cover the case. What is the point of having a case on my phone if it doesn't protect my phone. I have five phones in my family all with lifeproof cases on them and we will all be switching to another case that will protect my phone.
