Within one month the cover over the charging port broke. They replaced the case and a month later the new one broke over the charging port. Last night my son said his broke. The 2 cases cost over $150 together and they are 6 months old. Save your money and get an otter box. I never had any issues with those. I thought life proof would be better. But i was wrong

I was so excited to purchase this $75 case that was supposed to be the best in protecting my device. It turned out it was a waste of money. When I make a call nobody can hear me! It's so frustrating, I've googled it and lifeproofs website has a "simple fix" of blowing into the microphone. I've repeated their steps several times, and NOTHING! Don't waste your money on this case!!

My three month old iPhone 7 in a life proof case fell off my night stand and the screen shattered. Verizone, apple, and life proof all say they are not responsible. I did my due diligence in trying to protect the phone. I get to pay for a repair or replacement. These corporations customer service sucks!!!!!!!

Would give zero if could. Two phones ruined in their cases. And all they can offer is a sh!tty replacement case. F lifeproof. Their cases suck.

i must say that i have never had a more troublesome case ...i have 3 kids all have lifeproff/otterboxes...the lifeproofs never last more than a few weeks before something pops off...and now after going through the warranty department 4 or 5 times they had me order twice, its been a month and now they want pictures of damage and codes...what do they think I'm selling them??? They should make a better product!!!!!!!!!!

I was given the life proof -nude case it was bought at Best Buy .. my phone got water damage. called cusotmer support to replace my device. They satiated that they cannot replace my device because it was bought through Verizon ! They were not able to help at all . This case is garbage the company is garbage !

What's lower than 1 star? I have an iPhone 6 Plus The headphone adapter cable broke so they sent me a new one For a Samsung. So I called him and told me they sent me the wrong one so 11 days later I got two new ones in the mail. For an iPhone 6s. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 if I had a Samsung or an iPhone 6s. But since I have an iPhone 6 Plus and all of the cables they sent me won't work with my phone I'm going to give them one star

Got the lifeproof case for galaxy s7 at first I loved it it was so slim and nice then I dropped it on the ground 3 days later not even 2 feet high from the ground and the corner broke and made it not waterproof anymore. Then a month later the charger port broke so now it doesn't close. Not buying from them again.
