Bixby and volume buttons dont work when phone is in case.

The rubber on the buttons wear out on the inside making it impossible to use putter buttons while case is on

I bought a lifeproof case for my iphone 5, thinking that will be woth it to pay that amount of money. 1. Don't try it in water.. i am a kayak guide, taking the phone in my rain jacket in rainy days was not good idea, a few times end up putting the phone in a rice bottle. 2. after 5 months, the case start falling apart from the borders, not close to be waterproof anymore, because the bad quality plastic of the fingerprint it disappear. 3. I try to contact the warranty via application form and email, have been at least 2 months since my last email and i still don't have any reply from them. Conclusion: HORRIBLE product ,HORRIBLE customer service, way to expensive

Very disappointed with LifeProof in general and be careful if you're not completely and utterly certain that you're ordering the case that you want like if you're trying to get a case for a Note 5 or if you're trying to get a case for like us Galaxy S5 and you accidentally make the mistake of picking the opposite case that you're actually looking for because it will take a week to a week and a half before you will receive your money back and I'm talking about not even 12 hours since I made the original order and once I noticed it not even two minutes later which this was on a Sunday so they're closed on a Sunday as soon as they were open the very next day I called and of course it's already shipped apparently which is good on their part but they can't do anything about it so it's going to be a week week and a half you know because I've got to get a sticker that they email me and I have to print it out myself and then put it on the package send it back wait a week or two for them to receive it and then my money will be put back into my account. Pretty much like I said very disappointing I will never be using my proof or anything never have and I don't know why I thought I should I've never broken a screen with my otter boxes that I've used throughout the years, just figured I'd go ahead and give it a try that was a horrible idea. In addition I just highly do not recommend using LifeProof.

The case is not waterproof on a whatsoever. Customer service is a script-reading joke and did nothing to remedy the situation. . Safe your money.

I have had a life proof case on my past 3 phones that have spanned 4 years. I use to swear by life proof never had a problem with them. They did or exceeded what they said they would do. I lost my phone in the creek during a fishing accident. I laid in the water for over 45 mins till I found it. phone worked great. now I just bought a iphone 7 and got a new life proof to go with it. I have had the same problem with the case 4 times now. each time I had a problem I contacted life proof and was forced to pay the $4.99 shipping fee for a new case. Never use to have to provide any form of payment with my old cases when something would go wrong. lifeproof cases come with a guaranteed warranty, witch they should when your paying an arm and a leg for the case but they do not tell you the hassle you have to go through every time their case fails and you need to get it replaced. Also their customer service has gone down hill. I emailed back and forth with lifeproofs customer service trying to figure out what was wrong with the case that was causing the person I was calling to not be able to hear me during a phone call. all they did was give me the save 3 thing to do to solve the problem or I had to provide them another $4.99 to get the case replaced. its safe to say I will never buy another lifeproof case and I recommend you all do the same.

Bought a case for teenage son to protect iPhone. Case started peeling and looking shabby. Phone is broken inside the case. Has not had a significant bump or drop. Lifeproof case failed to protect phone from damage. Misleading. Won't buy again. Definitely not worth the money and warranty is a hoax. If they were that sure of their product they'd replace broken or damaged phone.

Go to Catalyst! This company is a joke, and their warranty policy is awful. I have been a hardcore, loyal LifeProof user for 4 years now and have spent hundreds on their overpriced cases but I didn’t mind it before because their customer service matched the price being outrageous. I place a warranty replacement request (mind you the case keeps breaking at the mute switch which ruins the waterproof seal) and after a few days with no response I email in and am told I have reached the maximum number of warranty claims I can have. So needless to say I will be moving to the Catalyst case. Their pricing is there with LifeProofs but their product is SO much better, it is made of high quality materials and can go almost 6 times as deep as the Lifeproof. What a joke, take your money elsewhere.
