Horrible crap product!!!! Had an otter box 5 years and it got looking old but protected the iPhone and had fallen off roof of building,locked by a horse and dropped down many flights of stairs over 5 years and loved it. Got a new iPhone 8 and the lifeproof case and from day one it pops open if it falls on the floor and won’t stay tightly closed and chips easy if bumped on something. Horrible horrible crap product for $80! Rip off I’m livid! 50 cents worth of plastic crap!

False advertisement and bad customer service. Purchased a case for my daughter's iPhone 8+, life proof, not so life proof. At over $100 this case provides little by way of ascetics and did not protect her phone or the case as it fell out of the car. The phone and case are completely dented and unusable and LifeProof will do nothing but replace the case for a small shipping and handling fee. This is essentially a $100 case that is as good as a $15 case. Do not purchase, for the bulk you can get another case (i.e. Otter Box) which provides better protection for cheaper. Their claim to protect against life is a farse and the customer service agent giggled as she offered to replace the case even though I do not have a phone for it.

The product itself is good as expected. However if you buy the mount or arm band the attachment that goes on the back will not allow the new phones to wirelessly charge. Advising their customer service as they seem to only employ condescending and incompetent. Horrible that they can’t employ individuals who can at the very least acknowledge a defucency in their product or even advise that they will look into it. Doubt I’ll purchase this product again

Horrible customer service !!!! I’ve been having problems with them for weeks now! End result : I had to send the case back & pay for it on top of that! I had been a customer for years but this is it for me! I will make sure to let all my coworkers & friends know not to waste their money on lifeproof !

Case for s8. Just sux. Hub convinced me to get it. The screen doesnt sit flat on the phone and bubbles out. Typing is horrible. Feels bulky and horrible in your hands. Sadly, the shop attendant threw away my glass protector, so now not only do i have to try and get this crap off my phone, but im out of pocket for the case and a new protector.

Very disappointed with this company. I paid over $100 all together for the lifeproof fré case for my iPhone SE. It did not come with one of the pieces necessary to keep the case water proof. When I filed a warranty claim I was told I would have to mail the entire case to them and then they would send me another one that I would then have to pay shipping for AGAIN! While my phone would be unprotected for at the very least a week.

Bought a life proof case and it did not pertect my phone dropped it from a foot and the phone of screwed so I called life proof and they just made up bs excuses I recommend not buying there cases they are not trustworthy

Bought 2 cases 1 for my phone and 1 for my husbands phone paid $100 for 1 which was way too much cause the case was junk can’t hear on the phone when the case is on its muffled These cases suck never again do I buy a life proof case wasted $140 on these
