Would NOT recommend this product. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY.... Flush $120.00 right down the toilet. The charging port cover snapped off in the first week. There goes the water proof part, and now the case won't stay together. I mean really?! $120.00. Even without the phone breaking, you can't take clear photos, hear a conversation, be heard in a conversation or listen to anything without head phones in. When I emailed the company I never received a response from them, so on top of there product being terrible, the customer service was unresponsive as well. PASS ON THE CASE! IT'S WORTHLESS.

Bought this case due to being the sister company of otter box. Had the case for less than 30 days and iPhone 8 Plus casing is all shards of glass. When I called about the warranty all they wanted to know is if the case still intact. I understand they won’t repair or replace a phone for an $80 case, but don’t claim to protect a phone like an otter box case. 5.5 yrs I went with an otter box case with my iPhone 5 in a automotive shop. Not once did anything happen to that phone! 30 days and my phone is shattered? Hugely disappointing, don’t waste your money, at these prices and with technology today this should not be a problem. What a joke!!! Jokes on me, don’t let it be on you as well!!!

Do not buy this useless product. They say it protects your phone from drops, water, snow, etc, but when something happens and your phone gets damaged, the only thing they will replace is their useless phone case, for your broken phone. And you have to pay the shipping/handling fee.

DO NOT BUY A LIFEPROOF CASE. I had a defender series otter box case on my S3 for 4 years; it got dirty, but didn’t ever break and protected my phone. I bought an iPhone 6 and a LifeProof case in November after destroying an iPhone in the toilet one night. I dropped my phone on cement a couple days ago and my LifeProof case is not the only thing broken. My phone is bent. Literally bent. You can see it in a picture. I wish I could put it on here so others could see. It also overheats after about 5 minutes of use. LifeProof claims that the case is waterproof, fireproof, and shockproof. TO MY KNOWLEDGE IT IS DEFINITELY NOT SHOCKPROOF! I called customer service and I will admit they were extremely pleasant and courteous despite the fact that I was cursing and yelling at them. However they refuse to replace my phone because their warranty policy apparently only covers water damage. They offered to replace my case, but I don’t want their piece of crap case EVER AGAIN. I spent almost $80 to protect my phone, only to not have my phone replaced after it was broken inside the case! Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. I’m livid because my mom helped me buy my phone and case and now both are broken and I have to spend my income tax money that was suppose to be for an apartment on a phone that I NEED for work. So LifeProof not all of us have the money to replace a phone that your product was suppose to protect! Your company should hold true to your standards and replace a phone if it gets damaged inside one of your cases no matter the type of damage! Scam artist.

LifeProof doesn’t stand behind their products!! Poor case will let water leak into your phone!! Will not hold up to everyday use so how is that LifeProof??? Sad to say all companies in the United States suck now!! Will send you a new case for your broken phone what a insult!! Don’t want your sorry case just a new way to scam people just lie about your products!! Charger port lid broke off, screen bubbles making it hard to type!! Have a phone call,other person on the line will have a hard time hearing you!! So many issues with this case not worth the $80 plus you’ll pay just save your money!! Stay far away unless you want a broken phone!! LifeProof yea right!! A sorry company with poor products how do even stay in business oh that’s right you lie!!

Went out of my way for 3 days to find the perfect lifeproof case, and I found the Nuud case and loved it. I tested it and it worked so I was excited for my water park trip, of course. However, I used it underwater, barely under water, for like 5 minutes...30 minutes later when I’ve been out of the water since, my phone starts showing white lines across the screen....low and behold there is water in the freaking case!!! Called he company about it when they were open, but they would only want to replace the case and not pay for any part of my deductible for a new phone. So no, I didn’t get the case replaced and I got my money back from Best Buy. Why guarantee something and advertise something and then when it doesn’t work you don’t replace the damaged phone because of YOUR product. STUPID. Scammers. The actual waterproof phone enclosed pouches at the park would have been better and cheaper. Don’t waste your money or else you pay for it in the end!!!!!!

I’ve had my lifeproof case for Iphone 8 and only had it for 1 month before the silicone started to loose it’s adhesion. They are super slow at responding, still waiting for reply warranty purpose

Bought a Lifeproof case for my Samsung S7 and within a month the charging port door would no longer latch, thought no problem, by month two I noticed the thin plastic over the home button had a hole in it. The phone case is JUNK!!! Don't buy, Don't buy, Don't buy a Lifeproof case!
