$80 case fell apart in less than 4 months. Never dropped, just placed in my wife's purse. Sprint , where it was purchased nor Lifeproof will make it good. Stay away from both. Eating crow a day after this review. Was able to call Lifeproof customer service today and with out questions or hassle, an new upgraded case is being shipped to me. Customer service was excellent. Will wait and see what the quality of the case is before I change my rating.

THE WORST EVER!!! HORRIBLE!!! This is the worst phone case in the history of phone cases! They claim to provide the ultimate in protection but it provides zero protection! I bought an iphone X for $1,000 from AT&T and the sales person told me to buy this case for the best impact & water protection. I have had the phone & case less than two months. I dropped the iphone once from about two feet. The phone is totally ruined!! I called LifeProof and all they will offer is to send me a new case!! What a joke!! Why would I want another one of their phone cases when they clearly do not work!!! LifeProof is a total rip off!!

I purchased this phone case when I purchased my new pixel 2 , I purchased it on a trip so returning it wasn't an immediate option. I noticed the case heavily messed with the sound coming from the phone speaker. A price to pay for a durable case, so I thought. I have never bothered with a phone case that cost more than 20$ before, but have had good luck and take good care of my phone, so I have never had a cracked screen before. 5 months after purchasing this case, my phone was knocked off of my coffee table and became cracked , voiding my phone's limited warranty. The first time I hadn't purchased insurance. Great. The worst part of this case is I haven't been able to make phone calls on my phone without headphones because no one can hear me through the case!! I was explained to by they're customer service rep that the protective screen in the case can warp over time distorting the sound. So you can look forward to paying 10$ in shipping every 3 months the case warps so you can get a replacement case. This product was incredibly disappointing.

Poor quality cases. They do not last long. LifeProof also does not stand behind their warrant. They will cancel it at anytime without explanation. Beware. Save your money

I bought one of their waterproof cases for ipad mini. My Ipad is my computer it never leaves the house. I just wanted a case with water protection for times I watch videos while washing dishes, shaving or even taking a bath. Problem is, the charge port is accessible by a small door that swivels open and the hard plastic the door clips on (to make it watertight) broke within a few months of babying the product. So I contact warranty claims only to be told: ''Sorry we do not make your product anymore you can go and buy one on amazon out of your own money maybe?'' I am left feeling like I bought an overpriced ill-designed, defective product. To add insult to injury, customer service provides no service!

The side has rubbed off. Not from being dropped and they still charged us a shipping fee. I feel that is a defect. Not happy with purchase for my husband. A lot of money. It should hold up better than that.

Have owned Lifeproof cases for both Iphone & Samsung. Always the same old problems with the volume keys sticking, case effecting call quality and screen cover pulling away from case. In 5 yrs with Iphone 6 I had lifeproof case replaced twice under warranty. Case on Samsung S8 is 10 months old and needs replacing, it won't be a lifeproof case. Rubbish product. Expect better for Price.
