Purchased an iPhone X fre case last summer. It was not the first or the last one I will buy. I love these cases and recently had some issues with the charging port cover not closing. Even in these trying COVID times, their customer service was amazing when I was having an issue with the website for the warranty. They responded to the issue very quickly and sent me a new case. They don’t carry the colour anymore but I’m more concerned with the dust and water getting in and they sent the case right away. They are sturdy cases and I have never had an issue with water in them. My next phone I will definitely be buying another case for that model as well!

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S9 in the lake yesterday. Found it at bottom of lake in about 15 minutes. I am so thankful and grateful it was in a LifeProof case. It's perfectly fine. I'm beyond amazed. So happy this product lives up to it's reputation and claims. I am a LifeTime customer for sure. Thank you.

I was ice fishing and my phone dropped out of my pocket into about 6 ft of water and after about an hour of trying to hook it we got it up and the phone was perfectly fine nothing wrong with it I highly recommend this case.

My phone fell off the roof of the car at the speed of 110km/h. 2 Cars drove over it and guess what??? The phone is undamaged, the cover just scratched. This is truely a miracle and I can recommend this cover!

LifeProof has the BEST customer service in this world. A year ago, I purchased a LifeProof case. This month, it was no longer water resistant. All I did was fill out the warranty page and without questions I received my new case within two weeks. No sending my old one back, nothing. It was the easiest thing I’d ever done. THANK YOU for making my life soooo easy!!!! $100? TOTALLY worth every penny!!!

So I’m listening to my audio book and clipping the leaves off the Plants on the patio, my phone in my pocket. It of course slips out and literally slides across the whole balcony and directly towards the only tiny hole in the screening, it hurtles through the 8” hole and then it plunged five stories, yes 5!, onto the concrete walk below. And can you believe my phone didn’t break!!! Holy crap! I definitely need a new lifeproof case though- I don’t think this one is waterproof anymore Hahaha. I love those cases! Thank you Lifeproof!

I bought The iPhone 7 Pro Max it first came out along with the light proof case. I’m not even sure which light proof model I have but it is waterproof and I have dropped it from 8 feet without any problems at all. I didn’t open the case to look but the phone was fine when I picked it up. It’s worn some the exterior corners have worn down to the plastic. After reading the reviews I’m not sure if I will buy another light proof but I like the one I have now. In the past I had an OtterBox and it worked very well. This is the most expensive lite proof Case and it’s worked well for me it as well
