Bought a LifeProof case from ExtremeGB and the charging port cover immediately snapped off. They refused to help so I called LifeProof directly (US customer service number) and they were brilliant. All I had to do was send a photo of the case and they sent out a replacement in the post. Excellent customer service, really fast response.
