Though i have had problems with the cases' durability (lasting only a few months rather than the intended lifetime), every single time i have contacted lifeproof they have been extremely helpful. The service members are always very professional and don't hesitate to send a replacement case.

My husband and I both had a couple of things break on our cases. My cell service provider said to cal Lifeproof. I expected the run around and that they wouldn't really replace our cases. I was wrong! THE BEST customer service I have ever had. The lady I talked to (wish I could remember her name) was so nice. Asked for the serial numbers inside our cases, address, email, and $4.99 shipping total. She processed our claim and later that day I had an email saying our cases have been shipped with a tracking number. At first I was bugged that $80 cases broke. But my phone still looks perfect underneath, the company stood behind their product, and had amazing customer service. I will definitely buy another Lifeproof case!

I bought a lifeproof case used from ebay and the seller screwed me over by sending me a damaged case. I was able to call lifeproof and they sent me a new case without any questions of proof of purcahase. I basically got a new case for the price of a used case. That's awesome customer service right there.

So I've had this case for about almost a year now and its been amazing. It was a gift from a friend and always took it in the pool, dropped it a bunch of times, been in the dirt, its been everywhere. Nothing has happened, perfect case. Finally the case broke and it has a slight hole on the screen protector so i called to claim a new free case as part of the warranty and it was literally the nicest customer service ever!! Like this lady was so nice and polite. So already got my new case and I totally recommend LifeProof!

The lightning port flap on my iPhone 6 case broke after about 7-8 months, but I filed a warranty claim and received a new case within a week. The man on the customer service line was very nice and accommodating. I was nervous that claiming my warranty would be a hassle, but the company clearly puts lots of resources into customer satisfaction. This is A+ company, and I won't hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

It's extremely rare that I write a review, but I feel that they deserved recognition. I purchased a Lifeproof case for my iPhone 6s about a week ago. Unfortunately I've been having issues with the finger print scanner not working. When I called them I had to wait at the most 1 minute to get connected with a customer service representative. She was extremely pleasant from the second she answered the phone. Within 5 minutes she put in an order for a replacement case to be sent to my home. When I received my confirmation email I saw that my address was misspelled (my fault as I tend to mumble) so I called back and had the same wait time and another pleasant representative. Their friendly and efficient service totally made up for the slight inconvenience I've experienced with my current case.

While no one enjoys having to go back to any company to try to get a warranty replacement, Lifeproof was phenomenal. I submitted my claim online, and I believe it was not more than 12 hours later that they had my replacement case shipped out.
