I needed a replacement for my lifeproof case when the headphone jack was stripped, the women (Tara I think) who helped me was fantastic and so helpful. This woman deserves a million dollars every day because she was amazing.

In love with this phone case!! I lead a very sporty lifestyle so needed a phone case that would keep up with me! My phone has been dropped on countless occasions and Ive also taken it swimming, climbing and skiing. The Fre phone case is amazing and I love the sleek design! The charging port cover cracked, and I was sent a new free phone case within 4 days, no problems at all and very friendly customer service. Overall, amazing customer service, couldn't recommend this phone case and company enough <3

We've had to replace two cases because of the charging port not working. Both times it's been a no hassle, minimal cost replacement through Lifeproof Customer Service. Friendly reps that support your needs.

When I first got my iPhone6, I immediately got a life proof case for it. I'm very hard on my phone, and I knew I would need it. After 2 years of having this same case, my case was really beaten up and I knew I would need another one. I called customer service in hopes of maybe getting mine replaced, and they were amazing! The girl working for customer service, Britney, was super friendly, very helpful, and great to talk to! She got my case replaced for me in no time! I would recommend their services to anyone!
