Like a lot of customers, I too only wanted one course which I paid for , then when 67 pounds came out of my account was mortified that they had decided that I wanted a subscription for all of the courses, I tried like others to get a refund, in which i was rejected, The thing is that their signing up page leads down very many routes which was very hard to navigate, I had left the page but had no idea that they would automatically subscribe me..Customer services are very harsh so please if you don't want full subscription for 89 dollars or 67 English pounds avoid at all costs literally

After a few days I checked in the list of my Subscriptions on my phone ssttings but as it is not an app, it didn't show and I just left it, being busy with other things. After the 7 days, there was no email asking for my confirmation whether I wanted to pay for a subscription and they automatically charged me 89 USD. Thus, the single course cost me 108 USD in total - pretty pricey, hmm? I asked them to refund this amount as I was only interested in buying one course but they refused. I am not a big fan of companies forcing customers to become subscibers when they don't actually want to be. Hoping they forget to cancel the free trial they never even wanted at the first place.
