I signed up for a single course. I never checked a subscription button. Long after they started charging me 99/month which was completely unauthorized by me. I don't care how good or not the courses, this is a dishonest practice. I searched and searched for them and the names of the founders and could not find them but eventually their presence on LinkedIn revealed that they operate out of Poland, and the address in Dover, Delaware is a virtual mailbox.

I bought a $19 dance class. I never clicked in the $99 a month. When I noticed money was being taken out of my bank account, I sent an email explaining this. I was sent an email back telling I had clicked on the monthly payment and that they unblocked it for me and I had six months free access, with their apologies. Same things happened the next month. Last month, I sent another email and I was told it won't happen again and they removed my credit card number. Today I find they took another $99 out. They refuse to give me a refund. I've been dealing with this guy 6 months. I will be going to me bank tomorrow and try to figure out how to press charges for fraud.

DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTON DIRECTED TO THEIR SITE. They fish you with a cheaper course then they mislead you through the site with these buttons to get access to the course you just paid and then BOOM! you get charged an extra $99 dollars. I emailed them right back and they told me that unfortunately their policy is to NOT refund you when you obviously had immediately contacted them and never intended to sign up for their yearly subscription!

Go there at your peril – it’s a SCAM. I bought a single course for $19, but they also took an extra $99 as a one‑month subscription without my explicit consent. They later claimed that, before I accessed the course, there had been a checkbox I could have unchecked to avoid the $99 charge, and even emailed a screenshot to “prove” it. There was NO such checkbox when I made my purchase. Despite that, they initially refused to refund the $99. I sent several emails over three days and, eventually – when I had almost lost hope – they issued a full refund. I also requested a refund for the course itself due to quality issues (substandard English) and received that as well. All in all, a VERY close shave. Be very, very careful – unless you actually want a subscription, in which case it’s a different story altogether.

Life long level up is such a big scam and wish that they get out of market sooner than later. I was scammed big time after registering for one course. People, please do not encourage such scammers.

Arnaque à l'inscription et impossible de se désabonner ne bous inscrivez même pas, inscris pour un accès à des vidéos de fitness, au moment du débit plusieurs prélèvement à l'origine c'est 20€, deux débits de 20€ plus un à 88€ sans prévenir, après les avoir contacté ils disent ne pas pouvoir annuler, mais prolonger l'abonnement "gratuitement" sur un an au lieu de 3 et aucun recours possible evitez de prendre quoi que ce soit sur ce site d'arnaqueur comment tant d'autres qui vendent des formations en ligne !

I purchased what I believed was a one-time workshop/course, but later discovered that the company had enrolled me into a recurring subscription without my clear consent. Scam site, I signed up for a $19 course and they took €259 from my account days later, with no notification of me to accept the payment. Apparently it gives access to use the full site and all courses for a year, after 7 days. I have no use or interest for all the courses. A very misleading site, and I am taking legal action about my refund, I got a very abrupt email from their support team, telling me I am wrong and threatening me about having a bad credit rating if I take my refund. Also the site says you have 14 days to request a full refund if you’re not happy. And I have screenshot everything.
