I feel that Life Ionizer is an excellent filter and produces superb quality! BUT, the machine is terribly complicated to install and maintain! If you know a handyman that has worked with some plumbing, then call them!! Calling tech support took hours over several days. Then wait time for them to call me back. Long time to try to figure out what they were explaining to me to try to fix it. Never had all the right tools. When I called the tech support, they (talked to 3 different people) couldn't explain effectively over the phone. The video online support is not helpful. The instruction booklet is too minimal. NEED TOOLS of all shapes and sizes (particularly if you are in an older home!). Need flexibility and agility to get under the sink upside down! Costly to replace ALL the filters every year! I would not have spent this much money if I had realized how stressful all this has been. Yes, superb quality but in an average home setting, this for me is too much!

James is always extremely helpful and curtious when I call in for questions or orders. We love the products that life ionizers offer. They are the best.

I have owned the Life Ionizer 7500 for almost 10 years and it has functioned reliably. It is a quality product and we've never had issue with malfunction or breakdown. I think it is a very worthwhile investment and I would buy again without hesitation. The only issue I have is that the filters are expensive.

The M13 ionizer has changed my well being. The acidity water is awesome for skin toning and as an aftershave. It's also great for cleaning counter tops. Compare the PH level with your tap water and the results will shock you. Team at Life Ionizer are customer friendly and caring.

I have had my M9 Life Ionizer for a while now. I love it. Don't fall into the "Kangen water" trap. I did a lot of research. Enagic calls their water "Kangen" but it is just their name for alkaline water. They are multi-level marketing so you end up paying a lot more for an inferior machine because they pay so many levels of commissions. Life Ionizer is the way to go!

Have owned this machine for 2 years now, works great. Had a small problem with a corroded wire and life support took care of it right away. No problems since.
