Initially bought this for my parents, but ended up getting one for my family too. My parents were going to get the Kangen, but I knew better than to get a product that is sold through MLM pyramid scheme. I researched all of the different water ionizers companies and found that life ionizers really do have the best water ionizers with features, looks, reputation and reviews. They've been around a long time plus they have offices all over. I've had my 15 plate for almost a year and have had no problems with it. The staff are super nice and the water really is a life saver. My gerd has gone away and my husband can eat my hot food since his digestion problems are better too. My parents love theirs too. My brother is looking to buy one soon as well. What can I say, we are a life ionizer family!

Just got the call from Thai (the manager) and he follow up the issue and fix the problem right away. Now I know who I need to call when there is issue in the future. After the call, he follow up with me with text. Now that is the service!
