I purchased my MXL13 with the Reverse Osmosis back in July 2018. I must admit I was a little skeptical at first about all the benefits people were stating on some reviews I came across. Not anymore and here’s why. Within the first 2 months of using the MXL13 on the Alkaline setting 1 then up it to 2 on the second month I started feeling the effects. The inflammation in my joints were gone, my skin was hydrated, and my fingernails no longer felt dry! The real test came when I ordered new filters. Unfortunately, they took longer than expected, because they were coming from another country were they are manufactured. The actual time to get them was almost 7 weeks due to customs in high alert which slowed everything coming into the country to California. However, it turned out to be a good test to identify how the Alkaline water had made such a difference in my case. My inflammation came back, dry skin and finger nails, as well! Just hooked up my new filters and starting over drinking my Alkaline water any chance I get. Taste so much better too, in my opinion! The main reason is to rid my body of inflammation, no more meds to take for that. Only thing I can hope for, is that Life Ionizer Co. will maintain some inventory in the states, for quicker service to get them filters. Other than that, I’m very satisfied!!!
