This rating is because this order started problematically, but was eventually resolved. I purchased a RO water filtration system, installed by a plumber. However, there was an issue with the water pressure. He said that the unit isn't workable, so I requested a refund. It was very difficult to reach someone for the return. Eventually, I finally heard from Paul in tech support. He listened to my issue and suggested some trouble shooting. However, it wasn't feasible to spend even more money to have a plumber out again. So Paul was kind enough to assist me in getting a refund. I appreciate that he followed through! Customer satisfaction is key to any business. During this time especially, it is my hope that anyone else who has an issue with a product will be heard and accommodated in the way that Paul assisted me. Thank you Paul for making things right! I really appreciate it!

we have had the life ionizer m11, next generation, very un happy with the service, I called to speak the technical support about 10 times , no body has returned my call, if l had known I would have never bought this machine ,paid $2500, for it the service is terrible, we love the machine , service is really, really bad.

Yes 5 ⭐️!!! The best water filtration system that makes acidic, purified and different levels of alkaline water with molecular hydrogen!! I originally purchased the system after my mom was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer, and the chemo was not reducing her lung tumor. We received the best news two weeks ago that her tumor has now shrunk and now my mom has a fighting chance. Also this week with the rise in the Covid-19 pandemic, my husband and I started feeling ill so we started drinking the water at the highest alkaline level (that I give my mom) with molecular hydrogen. Within five minutes of drinking the water, our fever is gone and so is our sore throat and our chest starts feeling better. We read that this water helps jumpstart your immune system, which explains why our symptoms virtually go away every time time we start feeling sick. This also explains why my mom has not gotten the flu, cold or viruses all winter. I also spray the acidic water in my mouth and up my nose to kill any viruses!!! I also use the acidic water to disinfect my hands, the surfaces and the air. Research shows that acidic water is not corrosive to the skin but it does kill bacteria and viruses and Japan is using it to disinfect surfaces and tools at their hospitals!! Buy the system! It has been the best investment that we have ever made! We’re so thankful we have this system as we face the greatest pandemic of our life!

Alkaline water is the way to go. I live in NYC and I noticed that this product does the job and provides clean, filtered alkaline water. Tania from life ionizers was soooo helpful.

On March 14, 2020, I called Life Ionizer to order a set of filter replacement for my ionizer. There were questions that I need some answers. I spoke to a lady named Leslie, then I was directed to Ms. Gaitan. She told me that she has to get back to me. When I thought I had waited enough, I called back and a gentleman answered my call. When I started asking some questions, He said that I am not interested so he rudely hung up on me. A few minutes later, I called and Ms. Tania answered. I told her about my frustration with the other person. She handled things in a way that made me feel at ease and important. I was treated with the utmost respect. She displayed how a company person should treat a customer. She made me feel calm and relaxed. I ended up giving her my order. I hope you have more like her in your employ.
