Rock solid from product to support
I've had an amazing experience with these guys. My order was delayed initially and they upgraded me to the MXL15 from the 7 , free! That was the first wow. James W has been extremely helpful since I've been a customer and has guided me through some different issues I faced with ease. (issues were just simple things like calc build ups and filter installs). He has helped me understand more about the machine itself and recommended some pre treatment filters to remove the calc issue. The machine itself is like a tank, it just works. Water is clear and tastes yummy.

Excellent machine and service
We've been using this brand's machines for nearly 15 years. Upgraded to the MXL 15 a couple years ago. This is an excellent and responsive company. The water tastes so good and we just feel better hydrated! Most importantly for us - kidney stones are a thing of the past!

I have previously own an M9 ionizer and enjoyed it for years. I finally made the decision to upgrade to the MXL-15 and it is amazing! Ricardo Lopez contacted me right after my order to find out if I had any questions or concerns, I must admit it was quite refreshing to see their attention and concern for their product. And installation was quite simple. I look forward to enjoy clean healthy water for years to come.

I did quite a bit of research before purchasing my first alkaline machine. I loved this one for the quality and the price but customer service is what really sold me. They respond immediately and guided me through using my machine. Also some of the machines come with a life time warranty.
