Hi Kohinoor, sorry to hear about your negative experience! I think there's been a huge misunderstanding...we only offer subscription plans, which are very well explained in our masterclass, sales page, and order page. Any new client needs to pick which subscription they want themselves before they buy. And of course, they are reminded about the upcoming charge via email prior to their card being charged. It is certainly not buried in the T&Cs. We have many members with ADHD and this is the first complaint we've heard about someone not knowing it is a subscription. I know you've been in contact with our customer service and we would have loved to issue a refund to you, however now we can't given that you have opened a dispute with your card company. If you'd like to get this resolved with us directly, we are here!

Hi Mc! Sorry you had an negative experience with our marketing materials. If you had become a client, like many others choose to do, hopefully you could have seen that there is nothing deceptive about our company or our mission. However, I do understand that there are many unsavory companies out there right now and it can be tricky to identify the good ones. Hope you can continue to enjoy our free materials, such as our free mastermind and our free YouTube videos, and get some great results!
