I like everything about the trailer
I like everything about the trailer, but there are a couple of things that would be an improvement, in my opinion. 1. Add D-rings 2. Bi-fold rear gate with hydraulic assist rods.

Overall the sale went good however I see the inside of my brand new trailer tool box area is rusted. The key to the lock had been left on the trailer causing it to rust into the locking patented hitch. I no longer can remove the lock.

Hi Joshua, Thank you for the review, and congratulations on your new trailer. Rust in the toolbox and a stuck lock are not what we want you dealing with on a brand new trailer. Here's how to get this handled: Email [email protected] to start a warranty claim. Have these ready: your trailer model, VIN, original bill of sale, a short description of the issue, and photos of the toolbox rust and the lock. Once the claim is submitted, our team will review it and follow up with you on next steps. Thanks for letting us know. The Liberty Trailers Team
Scott
The trailer is well made. However, the pin for the hitch came with only one key, and when I got the trailer home, it wasn't the right key. However, Liberty sent a new replacement pin right away, after I called the dealership. The warranty folks at Liberty sent me an email directing me to contact a complete different dealership. Cole at Triangle B (where I bought it) got it sorted out. The trailer is awesome, I bought it based off a review by Kyle at Spicer Designs.

Thanks for the honest review, Scott, and for being straight about where we slipped. Glad the replacement pin went out right away, but our warranty team pointing you to the wrong dealership shouldn't have happened. A real thank-you to Cole at Triangle B for getting you sorted. If anything else comes up, check back with your trusted dealer, and in the meantime, enjoy the trailer!
