LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I usually hate giving 1 star ratings, but.... we bought this trailer, pulled it 1.5 hrs home, parked it, 3 days later I notice there is a big bulg in the sidewall of a tire, so inspecting the other 3, I notice they all 4 have them, but the other 3 are not near as bad, now the bulge has popped and I can now pull the sidewall apart. I contact the dealer, they had me fill out a claim, Over a week later, Liberty has not gotten back with me about replacing the tires, and the trailer is just sitting in the yard, customer service goes a long ways with a company and I feel liberty doesn't care about their customer service once they have the money in their pockets!!
