Biggest scammers in the bullion market. Holding my money for several days now refusing a verification. I have an open lawsuit filed against them. Save yourself the time and money. They use their customers like a bank loan. Very disrespectful staff, disregarding all customer questions and hung up on several times. No response to emails.

There HAS to be another Liberty Coin named biz because the CA one is cheapest, fastest,and most honest in PM industry. U can always tell the most ethical companies by their prices, everything else is fluff and talk assuming u receive your purchase. Have never encountered rudeness at Liberty coin but they could cuss me out and I wouldn't shop elsewhere. Prices over pronouns anyday! Thanks, glad I stumbled onto your website Gentleman!

We have done business, repeatedly with Liberty Coin. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The savings have been outstanding compared to other dealers. Fast shipping after payments cleared. Every order arrived in perfect condition. No BS at all, which I love. They are serious about the terms of sale, and I can't blame them. Pay attention, they will not deviate and be happy about it. Customer service, when I messed up, was always polite. I like the business model of saving me money over answering calls, unless necessary. I haven't sold to them yet, but I am sure that day is coming. Yep, I am going to do business with them again.

Liberty Coin has the worst customer service ever! I wasn't home to receive my package and was leaving the following day and wouldn't be home to receive subsequent attempts. I called Fed Ex and was told that Liberty would be able to either redirect the package or release it to me if I went to the local Fed Ex station between 6-8 PM. I called Liberty and was treated like dirt. The jerk with whom I spoke scolded me for not being available since it will cost Liberty return shipping and "it's expensive" for them to have to "clean up after me". Contrary to what Fed Ex said, Liberty's rep said they won't redirect the package for security reasons (okay, that's actually good, but then tell Fed Ex that). I was also told that I will have to pay a restocking fee if the coin is returned and IF they decide to refund my money. Not getting anywhere with Liberty's CS rep, I asked to speak with someone else, but this jerk told me that he was the "only person" in Customer Service. He then proceeded to berate me and told me to deal with another company. I even asked him if he would pretend to be sympathetic...he said "no, we hear this all the time" - I'm sure they do! I'm still waiting for my order... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIBERTY COIN!

Not good. I asked questions about coins and shipping times and was them banned as a customer.

I have purchased both Monster boxes of Silver and ounces of Gold buffalos from them and they have ALWAYS been good to deal with. I always use a credit card in case of a problem, but there hasn't been any. I am over $100g in transactions with them and I am pleased as punch. I break down the boxes and sell them, one at a time, then buy another box. As agreed and fast shipments. Thanks!

These guys do send what you order, but they have the worst customer service department I have ever seen. Just a bunch of jerks. You may save a small amount of money with these guys, but if you have to deal with them on the phone they are arrogant jerks and they basically treat you like you are a criminal, worst service I have run into buying anything on line. They would be better served to send their all receiving to India.

On 8/2/23 silver spot price dropped below $24 USD, so decided to buy ten 1oz. Maples to add to the stack, I went to there website and printed out the page showing 10 Maples for $274.40 ($27.44 ea ) and gave my son the cash to go to their Huntington Beach store in person and pick them up...he got there and asked for the the 10 coins and showed them the printout from the website and was told the price went up to $31a piece! (Even though spot had dropped another .05 since printing out the webpage) these people are not trustworthy and won't get any business from me. I'll stick with reputable online dealers like SD, JM, etc. Local coin shops are not what they are always made out to be.
