I received a full roll of 2023 Libertads 23 of 25 are acceptable. 2 are noticeably scratched on the obverse. The worst 1 has reed damage on the obverse which is infuriating. There are 2 others with minor milk spots I can live with. I spoke with Chelsea about the issue and she asked me to call the following day. She said she would see what she could do. When I called Chelsea gave me the news that Liberty coins policy is that the company sells B.U. rolls which are guaranteed to be mint state 60 to m.s. 70 delivered. 23 would easily fit the criteria 3 imo would come back from PCGS as damaged upgradable. Chelsea also said there is a no return policy. But oddly there's a $50 restocking fee. So which is the policy? It makes no sense. I've ordered from S.D. bullion with no issues. Also from JM bullion with no issues. And local dealers may cost a bit more. But I get to see what I choose to purchase. As well as Ebay sellers with no questions asked policies. And of course my favorite way to buy. Person to person. I'll continue to buy. However Liberty coin would have to be my last ditch effort. Or be told by Liberty well ahead of my purchase that there may well be damaged or cull coins and or bullion mixed in with my order. Ahead of the purchase. Definitely not after I've received the order. I thought the idea of buying a roll of Libertads at the price offered was a great way to start a business relationship and looked forward to future purchases. Thank you.
