Thank you for your review for order #638114. When purchasing with a paper check or e-check/ACH, our store policy is that payments are held for 6 business day for clearing time. For your next purchase if you prefer quicker shipping, please choose credit card as your payment method as those orders often ship within 2-3 business days from the completion of the order.

Bad experience
I was told to send a cashiers check, but then I was told that they don’t accept large cashiers check. I was then told that my cashiers check would be returned, but then I was told that accounting cashed my cashiers check. I thought it was their policy to not cash large cashiers checks? I was then told a week ago that they will be sending a refund check. I don’t understand what the delay is on returning my funds. Very disappointing experience. I highly recommend to purchase precious metals with another company.

Our payment systems are automated, and all payments, including cashier’s checks, are typically deposited upon receipt to ensure accurate processing and tracking. The payment method selected at checkout for this order was "Personal Check." Please note that our website does not allow orders of $10,000 or more to be placed using cash or cash equivalents, such as cashier’s checks, in compliance with our established policies. While we acknowledge your frustration, the delay in processing your refund was due to the manual steps required to reconcile this exception to our policy.
