I have successfully used Liberty Coin on multiple previous occasions. Every time, our transaction is seamless, efficient, fast, easy, and I am confident in their discretion and professionalism! They are very quick to respond to questions and requests. They make you feel like a person, not just another order number. I highly recommend!

Hello Jimmy, Our communication regarding order #640285 exceeded our standard turnaround time. Your order was flagged by our risk management service No Fraud and you received an email asking to verify within 12 hours of placing the order. Our communication was not the issue with your order, as your payment method was deemed as risky. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I purchased 10 one ounce silver bars
I purchased 10 one ounce silver bars, advertised as factory sealed in plastic. Whoever prepared my order carelessly cut into the plastic while cutting the bars from a larger sheet. This violated the seal on two of the bars. This is the second order that has arrived this way. This is pure carelessness, nothing else.

Responsive to customer inquiries
I ordered 4 coins from Liberty. They shipped very quickly but got were delayed from the shipper. I called Liberty to verify it was sent via 2 day. They were very responsive to my inquiry. Turns out it was a problem with Fedex and not Liberty Coin. I will be ordering from Liberty again!
