We understand your frustration and apologize for the repeated order cancellations. However, our records indicate that your account was flagged and subsequently banned in 2022 due to confirmed fraudulent activity. This decision was made to protect our business and other customers from potential financial risks. While we accept credit cards as a valid form of payment for the majority of our customers, our system automatically flags and cancels orders associated with accounts that have a history of fraudulent transactions. Unfortunately, this measure is necessary to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment for all users. Due to the prior fraudulent activity on your account, we are unable to process any new orders under your name or associated payment information. This policy is firm and not subject to change.

Thank you for your continued business and positive feedback! We're glad to hear you usually find our prices the best for 10oz RCM bars and that you appreciate our packaging. We understand that paying by check can sometimes result in a slightly longer delivery timeframe due to the processing and clearing of the funds. We appreciate your patience with this process. It's wonderful to know that despite the payment method potentially affecting delivery speed, you've been consistently satisfied with your many purchases from us. We truly value your loyalty!
