Absolutely Worthless!! This warranty company has proved to operate as a scam it's shameful. Regardless of the NAMED COVERED issues. It will take DAYS to connect with the claims department only to be told PLATINUM PRIME COVERED mechanical breakdowns are not covered

i recently purchased an extended warranty for my 2016 BMW 750 lxi. when i filed my first claim.... it was nearly impossible to reach anyone in the claims department. eventually, after me calling for my service advisor several times... we were able to get some customer service and the claim was approved. not smoothly but eventually approved. i have since had a chassis fault light come on and it turned out to be my compressor. reaching someone in claims was still the same nightmare though. eventually we reached someone and they sent out an inspector to verify that the compressor was the issue. (I WAS TOLD THAT IF IT WAS THE COMPRESSOR....IT WOULD BE COVERED) Fast forward 2 days...i get a call from liberty asking me if i drove the car in or towed it. i drove it in. they denied the claim because of this. even though the car CLEARLY says on the dashboard that CONTINUED DRIVING IS POSSIBLE and on top of that....the car faulted electronically but showed no viable signs of the suspension faulting (still has NOT) . IT CLEARLY SEEMS THAT LIBERTY JUST DOES NOT WANT TO PAY THE CLAIM??? kinda makes buying the expensive extended warranty futile?? STILL CANNOT GET ANYONE ON THE CLAIMS LINE TO ICK UP AFTER 45 MINUTES ON HOLD. IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU HAVE SUPPOSEDLY PURCHASED COVERAGE FOR.......GO ELSEWHERE.

I recently purchased a warranty for my 2014 Range Rover Sport. I took my vehicle in for a recall and mentioned to my service tech, my coolant light came on however my husband added coolant. The service tech came back to inform me that my water pump isn't working properly and it's leaking into pipes and gaskets. We contact Liberty Bell to receive a call shortly thereafter the claim is denied! It's denied because the "probability of the repair is preexisting". I have no leaks on the concrete of my garage and I had no issues with the vehicle running I had the dealer check it as I've never had the coolant light come on in the 4 years I've owned it. Not to mention Richard Williams with Liberty was very rude and obnoxious! I've requested a refund as this was not how the salesperson stated and or promised!

Worst company EVER! Under no circumstances use this company for an extended auto warranty. I got the platinum warranty for my BMW 335i a year ago for some peace of mind. But it has been anything but pleasant. Over the last year I have paid $8,159.69 in repairs and maintenance, with Liberty Bell Auto REFUSING to pay ANYTHING! Now I have just suffered from a complete engine failure. My service shop started a warranty claim and supplied ALL of the repairs I have made over the last year. Also, showing that by all accounts and records, everything is good. THEY STILL DENIED THE CLAIM WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. My service provided asked them how they could do so and they were hung up on. I then tried to call about the denied claim and have been hung up on twice. I am now getting my attorney involved to go after the newly issued claim and also to get all previously denied claims paid. Run was promised a refund on the unused part of my warranty. Was ‘approved’ then give a check number then promised tracking. Still excuses and runaround no check. They are obviously having bad financial problems. Don’t trust them.

I got a letter from endurance n the rep was rude as hell i just bought a new car what the hell do i need with extended coverage. This company sucks

I had to cancel due to a medical problem and now I'm having problems getting my money back. I canceled in less than 30 days. Sending my problem to better business. Action needs to be taken ..... Who the hell is William Applegate?????

This warranty company is fraudulent. They basically took my money and ran. I have submitted two claims for covered parts under my warranty and they denied the claims as wear and tear. My representative at the repair shop told them my alternator was failing and they denied the claim. You shouldn’t represent a company as being trustworthy when there not. I saw nothing but negative reviews about them on social media with people having the same issues as myself. I’m contacting consumer affairs and their local new station investigators to bring these crooks to light so they can stop stealing money from people.
