These guys were there to help when I needed them. I was driving through North Carolina on a long road trip. I started seeing smoke come out the hood so I pulled over. I gave a call to Liberty Bell and they got a truck out to me pretty quickly. I got towed to a local mechanic in the area and they did a diagnostic on my camero. They called the liberty bell guys for payment and in a few hours I was out of there. This whole situation could have potentially been a lot worse had I not had an extended warranty. Also saved me a few hundred dollars in the process. Good times.

So far so good. My jeeps engine started making a rattling noise while I was driving on the highway. I pulled over and called into the liberty bell customer service center. They got a tow truck out to me in an hour and brought me to my Jeep dealer that I’ve been going to for years. They were happy to work with liberty bell. It took a couple days for Jeep to fix the problem but they paid the claim and I wasn’t hassled. Just got my car back today and everything is running smooth again. Pretty easy experience.

Jeffrey was very courteous and helpful. I just signed up for a 3 year plan. Jeffrey helped me out and got me a monthly plan and veterans discount.

Had a great experience with liberty bell , no headaches or stress . Paid my deductible of $50.00 and they covered my entire repair of my transfer case . Highly suggest !!!!!
