Very pleasant purchase process with my sales associate Jeff Lewis.

Jeff Lewis put up with my cantankerous grilling, my challenges to his answers, and generally curt demeanor throughout the sales process. He was always professional and I never heard him get flustered or irritated with me. He was very patient. I did not like the fact I didn’t get Liberty’s best offer up front. When Jeff thought I was going “to walk,” he ask me to hold so he could see if “his manager could sweeten the deal.” When he came back on the line 2 minutes later, the offer was SIGNIFICANTLY better.
