Lian FootwearReviews of lianfootwear.com

I love the shoes, but they are too small. Lian is working to send me the correct size. They were prompt in replying back to me and very helpful.

Customer service was great, however when I received the shoes they did not have the gel insoles or arch support that was advertised. Once I ordered some insoles separately and put them in these shoes they were great and I was able to wear them. Overall the shoes are very pretty.

I waited several weeks for my shoes to arrive. I ordered 2 pairs. When they finally came, they were two different sizes - the ones that are my size fit well and are very comfortable. Disappointed in the delivery wait and the mismanaged packaging but love the fit and style of the pair that I can wear.
