These shoes were advertised as orthopedic. There is no arch support. Flat and hard inside. My first email to them was never returned. When I reached out a second time, I was told I would have to return to China for a full refund but pay international shipping rates myself and it was a very lengthy process. Or the alternative was to keep the shoes and get a whopping 10% refund off what I paid. Shoes that are too uncomfortable to wear.
