Hi Joanna, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. We’re especially sorry that the item you received had a manufacturing fault and that the return process has felt frustrating and unclear. That is not the experience we want any customer to have. However, we absolutely understand your concern about the tracking status and lack of updates after dispatch. That is something we take seriously, and we would like the opportunity to review your case directly so we can locate your return and resolve this properly for you. If you are open to it, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and tracking number so our support team can investigate this immediately with our returns warehouse.
