Thieves! Don’t believe Andy Harper or any of them ,they falsified documents stating I signed when I canceled within 4 days, they will steal your money and lie they have completed service. Don’t believe the higher star reviews they are fake, you must read the truth on the one star all those people are experiencing the same as me. DO NOT USE this company they’ve threatened me on the phone and email. Get your banks police lawyers involved they will reveal the fraud they perpetuate.

DO NOT HIRE
If this has place has good reviews, I guarantee they’re fake! I’ve had (and currently still am having) the most horrible experience. I got a guaranteed delivery date of over a week ago and as far as I can tell they are holding all of my stuff indefinitely in a different state. Unresponsive. I will update this review if I get my stuff safely and quickly because I understand delays but I can’t understand companies that are so untransparent and care about their customers so little. For everyone looking to hire a mover, as far as I can tell— get a Uhual and do it yourself. If my experience changes, this review will too.

DO NOT USE LONG HAUL MOVING
DO NOT USE LONG HAUL MOVING. Initial contact was great, David was nice and clear and helpful. I was told about $2000/1 bedroom move. There wasn't even a bed, just the other stuff. Went up to $3000, including packing glass table tops and a china cabinet. They were supposed to contact me 2-3 days before moving to confirm and update inventory. No one called, hard to reach anyone. Finally reached someone day before move. Joe Ryan asked me to measure all the stuff for accurate updated cost. Now it was $4900, with $2400 down. Kinda stuck, so went with it. Long Haul hired Easy Road to do the move (I didn't realize this would happen), supposed to arrive between 3-6pm, no one came, no call, couldn't reach anyone. Joe finally gave me Easy Road's private cell phone number and told me not to tell he gave it. I didn't tell, and was able to reach someone. They arrived at 7pm, didn't speak English or Spanish, and problems continued from there. Said couldnt pack the glass for that amount, would be a lot more. We sent them away, will try to recover deposit, but didnt want to throw good money after bad.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! This company will quote you a price, and then raise it several times including when your items are to be picked up. Be prepared to pay double (after they already increased the price several times) when they arrive, or leave a lot of your items behind. They will go through your items after they have them and steal from you. Over half my boxes had the tape removed or cut open and even though they don't track any of your items (makes it easier for them to steal from you) you will notice things missing. They will also strap your items outside of the truck so be prepared to throw out many ruined items. Let me be clear. These are nothing but mercenaries and they will scam you regardless of your background. Pregnant? A veteran? They will gladly scam you and steal from you. DO NOT USE! Having this horrible of an experience, I can't trust any five star review this company received and conclude that those reviews are not legitimate.

This company is based as a broker to…
This company is based as a broker to connect you to actual movers and charge a fee for this. While my move cost me 5600 they charged me a commission sum of 1800 and I winded up paying over 8000. They don’t tell you any of this upfront. As first time movers I felt they were not transparent about this and took full advantage of it. Their initial estimate of my move was almost 2000 $ off. So I payed additional 2000$ on top of the initial estimate when the movers came. In short they suck. If you are smart and deal directly with the movers you could save a few thousands bucks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Where do I begin to express how horrifying my experience was. 1st you're going to deal with a broker who is going to fast talk you and ask for your FULL inventory list (no changes can be made without a drastic increase in price.) They tell you everything you want to hear about how they take care of your items, delivery will be quick and smooth, and how you're fully covered in the event of damage or loss. LIES LIES LIES. I was given not 1, but 3 different arrival times for my pick up. Finally the arrival time was so late there was no way I could have remained at my former property for the pick-up. The guys arrive and met with a family friend who was going to sign for me, but not before the pick up crew raised the estimated price on me by $2000! "Your furniture is too large, I mean it's the correct stuff listed on your inventory list, but it's bigger than we expected." Then they disassembled all the furniture and called back to say they're taking my things to NEW JERSEY!! Wait I wasn't told that in the signing on process. And that I needed to PAY for my furniture to come out of the warehouse in NJ to be delivered to my new residence. Now I'm like hold on hold on... when will I get my stuff? Ohh up to 8 business days! So now I've moved and have no beds, no couches, no table, and no tv's! Wait there's more. They will NOT release your items until you pay the NEW balance in full upon arrival or assembly. Yes you have to pay a full balance before your stuff is properly put together. Well FUN FACT, my son's bunkbed is still in multiple pieces, my couch is missing the (feet) legs and pillows, my dining table is disassembled, my tv which I thought I watched him put together had screws falling out this morning, my bedside table has a missing and broken handle, and they left TONS of trash and wrapping all over my home with no regard. This company is awful, they are liars, misleading, and do NOT take care of their customers. Please take heed and do not support this business AT ALL!

This is a Bait and Switch operation
This is a Bait and Switch operation, i would not let them move a bike across the street. They quoted one price and then it just keep adding up on pickup and delivery on our stuff. The delivery diver wanted another $500 because we had stairs, and we had several items brock. They had no scene of packing bedroom hardware with the beds, we finally found them in with glassware. Don't make the same mistake we did and us Long Haul.

They are 3rd party not direct moving company. I was told my move (185) miles would happen on one day! It didn’t. Beware of them….wouldn’t respond to emails, etc.
