Hi Navneet, Thank you for your feedback. Kindly note that the shipping fees depend on your product size and weight. Oversized products as you mentioned can be expensive to return knowing that we provide Free Shipping worldwide on all our collections regardless of their dimensions. We are also seriously considering your review for more flexibility in the future when it comes to the return address. Thank you again for giving us opportunities to grow and have an excellent day! Hi Menchie! Thank you for your feedback. Your parcels have arrived at your location 10 working days after you have placed your order and are being processed locally before doorstep delivery (expected in 1-4 days depending on the local USPS). As explained with further details, processing took longer than expected and again we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our team will reach out to you again as soon as you receive your orders.

Hi Nav, Thank you for your feedback. Kindly note that our company is based in the US and we have warehouses worldwide including the US which helps us manage the stocks efficiently and provide faster shipping to our customers depending on their location. However, we can run out of stock on a specific item and ship it from another warehouse. This was obviously your case and we truly apologize for the inconvenience caused although the delivery time frame was respected. In addition, all our products are manufactured following the same standards regardless of the storage warehouse. Regarding the Return, please note that the shipping fees depend on your product size and weight. Oversized products as you mentioned can be expensive to return knowing that we provide Free Shipping worldwide on all our collections regardless of their dimensions. Finally our return address is the same for all orders. However, we are seriously considering your review for more flexibility in the future when it comes to the return address.
