I have ordered an item from Lezze Design . Expected delivery was 5-7 days but no further update . When I chatted to the assistant over the weekend I was advised it will Be updated early this week . Today is Tuesday no further update and the chat assistant has stopped responding. Appreciate if I can get an update as it is a Christmas present

As of today, it's been 48 days since I ordered the product from Lezze Design. However, they are yet to be delivered. I tried contacting Lezze support, but instead of helping, they started giving common excuses like you were unavailable at home. In addition, the local Post confirmed product I ordered never reached my city and was returned to the sender. Not happy with the services I can only say a little about how Authentic the website is, but customer handling could be better and need better logistics. It costs me but advisable to avoid ordering products from Lezze.

For this holiday season, I made few purchases online and I have been very pleased the timeliness and the quality of the items when i received them. Customer service is excellent; prompt and precise. I made an error in my last item but it didn’t take long to resolve it as I sent an email back to Hannah and boom!! …the item was shipped properly and on time !

I ordered two trees, a canvas art for myself and a cutlery set for my sister. I love them all! The quality is very good and they are so pretty! My sister loves hers too. Packaging is good too. Items were delivered so quickly. Highly recommend!

It was easy to order on-line. Your website is organized and simple to navigate. The packages arrived in a timely manner. The Peacock Dancing ladies (ordered two) looked exactly like they appeared in your ad. Look lovely - just what I wanted.

Arrived quickly in appropriate amount of packaging. The lights were up and working quickly. They twinkle beautifully and I have received many compliments. I am super pleased with these lights, they bring a twinkle of happiness and joy into these grey days!

I can't believe i paid so much for these items! It looked so nice online and in reality it's so cheaply made. I wish i could return them.

I ordered 2 items and they gave me a code for 10% off discount but it did not work. They said it will send in my account in few days. But it's already 4 weeks and I have not received my refund for discount.I asked them 3 times but still no answer from them. I am not happy with them.It took them 3 weeks to deliver my orders. I will not recommend this company to my friends. Their service to the customers are not good.
