LezatReviews of lezat.com

I love the quality of all the clothing I have ordered. The terry jumpsuits are so comfortable and cute. Can be dressed up or down. The bamboo/modal pjs are to die for! So comfy! And I don't sweat at night in them. The prices are reasonable for the quality and it's from Los Angeles. Good stuff! Thank you!

Shipping was on time. The issue for me was the fit of the clothing. I am 5’8”, 135 lb, 34 AA. After an exchange I landed on one small full length legging, medium biker shorts, medium tennis skirt and large bralette. They all fit weird. The leggings are so tight at the top, the criss cross on the shorts and skirt are not flattering at all. There is no compression and accents the pooch. The bralette fits me around the bust but has so little coverage, it’s almost too little coverage for me and the cut is not flattering. Unfortunately nothing really worked but the company does one exchange per order so now I have $200 worth of clothing that I will avoid wearing. Such a bummer.

I keep asking for a supervisor but keep getting a person named KOMAL who I’m not sure is real or AI. Either way they don’t understand and suck at their job. Pulling my hair out trying to explain the most simple issue and it’s the website’s lack of updates that caused it. Yet I’m supposed to pay for it? I hate the credit policy. You should be able to return unused garments for full money back if it’s their mistake! I want to love this label and company but they are in dire need of an updated policy that matches the way the website is currently running.

Absolutely awful brand. Not only is their sizing completely off, but they refuse to exchange items. Not all their S sizing is the same or even close in measurement. Their customer service is terrible. They took 5 emails and 4 weeks to respond to my exchange request. Komal who responds to all their emails now doesn’t go 1 inch more than he feels he needs to — rude and not looking to problem solve. Definitely do not buy, not worth the hassle as they will be out of business soon enough with their terrible sizing and attitude.

Bought a few items, size/fit not right as it can be the first couple of times when trying a new brand. The items I exchanged for also don't match the photos and the skirt is way short, shorts are way long. Asked to exchange for sports bras as I am building my safe fabric active wear up and the fit of the bras I purchased thus far was good. They refused to exchange again even though I offered to exchange for less the the amount I was returning. Will not support this company further. Also be aware if it doesn't say padded inserts the bra will show nipples and not have a ton of support.

Great customer service and great quality clothes :)

This brand is specifically awesome for the petites. It’s so hard finding a brand that can fit me. I’m 5’4” and 110lbs. When I find a brand that has a true XS I’m impressed. I’ve purchased the sporty strappy black dress with shorts underneath and am currently awaiting a few more items. The material is fantastic though and thicker/higher quality than some of my mate the label items.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lezat. For a brand that markets itself as conscious, ethical, and "better fashion," its actions don't reflect the values it promotes. Their return policy is not clearly communicated on the website. I only discovered after deciding to return a few items that they don't offer refunds, only store credit. In my case, that's meaningless because I had already ordered the smallest sizes, which still didn't fit. Instead of a refund, I'm left out of pocket with store credit or exchange option which I can't use. I wonder how many other customers have lost money because this policy isn't clearly disclosed. What made the experience even worse was the response from customer service. There was no understanding, no willingness to help, and no accountability. Ironically, their garments feature the phrase "knock ‘em dead." After this experience, that slogan has taken on a whole new meaning - it feels like they're the ones knocking out their customers rather than impressing them. Make an informed decision before buying anything from this brand.
