LexJet 46# Simple Bond WR — If the paper gets wet it will separate at the edges, which is probably why it’s rated WR (water resistant). It is definitely not equal to Dietzgen’s Magellan Cheap ‘n Good which is waterproof; if only it was still available. HOWEVER, prints I’ve made on it using Canon’s imagePROGRAF PRO-4600 are gorgeous. Whether using Canon’s contone profiles or with my own halftone profiles made with Ergosoft 2025’s GPS profilier. For prints being used indoors it’s an excellent media. As always, service and delivery was outstanding.

Edit: Today I did hear from a representative and have received a refund for the incorrect ink. They also waved the requirement for the ink to be returned. I would like to say that the two individuals who I talked to were very kind and seemed sincerely concerned for the whole situation. I was able to express my concern in the wait time for a return label. I feel confident that they heard me. I ordered the wrong ink and reached out to asked for help to return it for a refund. I let the appropriate people know and spoke to a representative. That was on Wednesday. I’ve still not received a return label. It’s now Saturday.

For 20 years Lexjet has been my go to provider for materials and printing inquiries. They have always been reliable and efficient. Until recently. Sending the wrong print head 1 week and the wrong inks the next. Also noticing some flaws in canvas. I will still use them but I have started to look at alternatives.

Longer shipping time and back orders seem to have become slightly worse in the last couple of months.

Even with a problem, they took care of it immediately.

Frustrating to have to order some ink via email because it's low instead of with the rest of my order, but items always arrive quickly and correctly.
