The shipping of the order got delayed significantly for my canvas roles. Typically it ships within one or two days unfortunately this is the second time that it took more than a week to ship causing us in losing important customer orders in the value of $5000 next check used to be very reliable and shipping out my canvas orders but since the last two orders I have experienced significant shipping delays.

Shipping was ultra slow. Used to ship from Chicago, which was overnight for us. Shipped from California which was multiple days

We were not told that the majority of the items we ordered were on back order, as we paid extra for shipping. We only received our paper, and no ink. We have been out of Vivid Magenta for a week and half now, and I order our inks over a month ago (14 Apr)... I gave them a call and the lady on the phone was very sweet, responsive, and got back to me only after an hour with the status of the rest of my order at their warehouse, but we are still waiting on our ink (15 May).
